In partnership with a prominent international meetings center management company, OOEC and its partner will oversee operations at the center with proprietary high-quality operational and service standards, creative event planning, top-notch meetings planning and management and an international Web-based reservation system.
The Owasippe Outdoor Education Center shall continue to manage the 4,800 acre Reservation and, in alliance with its partner, expand their programs to include year-round activities on the Reservation.
It is expected that both our partner and Owasippe Outdoor Education Center shall enter into an exclusive agreement to operate and manage the property known as Owasippe Scout Reservation. This management agreement will be negotiated to generate revenue sharing opportunities that will create a positive revenue stream within a 2-year period to support a lease to purchase.
